Stress Management Programs
In Stress Management Programs, the presenter and participants discuss
causes of stress and ways to reduce stress in our lives – handling
stressful personal situations and common inter-personal conflicts. The
instructor shares varied methods which help minimize tension and anxiety.
Participants will learn of physical techniques to activate high energy
thinking, as well as spiritual techniques to create a sense of calm and
well-being. Through voluntary participation of the workshop audience,
other techniques will be discussed and demonstrated in one-on-one negotiation
of stressful issues. Through these workshops, participants gain information,
awareness, and opportunities to implement skills, tools, and strategies
needed in the nurturing and maintaining of healthy living and healthy
relationships, and in the realization of personal and professional goals.
